i know the upcomin' summer months and college years will change a lot of things in my life.. but i hope to still stay in close contact with 3 certain people.. that's my goal for the next 4 years.. to keep these people in my active life and keep strengthening our relationships

when you spend lots of time with people.. you can pick up patterns in their actions and what each expression means.. today.. she kinda rolled her eyes and had that "i can't believe him" kinda look.. at first i was a lil surprised myself at what was gonna happen but as i'm online tonite and found out why this is happening.. i'm not surprised at all.. so lesson learned... before you judge or have any negative thoughts about anyone/anything.. try to understand them and why they are doing what they are doing.. life happens.. it's real..

its been a year..
a year of college
why i dun think the celtics can win the nba championship.. its actually pretty simple.. they suck on the road.. suck as in havent won a road game in the playoffs.. and the other teams have won on the road in the playoffs so they are all capable of stealin' one from the celtics and take away the home court advantage and boston cant do nothin' about it

as for college..
what a year.. it was one incredible year.. i'm sad that its over but im definitely looking forward to the next 3 years! =)
i dun think i look at life the same as i did enterin' college..
i look back and i really cherish the moments where we just chill, chat and eat.. we are constantly bein' bombarded with stuff that sometimes its hard to take a breath and relax..
obviously each year will be different and unique.. but the 1st year has been one amazing road..

that's a broad title... i think i need to get back to writing on here again..
congrats to the REM girls for winnin' it all again this year!!!

life is about knowing what you love and sacrificin' everything else for that love
seein' the pictures and hearin' the stories and poems!! (yah mary!) was excitin'.. i kinda wish i played but i certainly dun regret not playin' football. because as great as those moments were (when I was playing and we won our 1st championship) what i spend my sunday afternoons doin' now is better suited to me.. practice every sunday afternoon for 3 months really took a toll after november when i realized how disconnected i was with those i held dear to my heart.. and after 4 years of that.. it was enough for me to let go of football so that i can spend the afternoon with other people who i only see once a week or so at church.. playin' with lil kids.. the joy of my life right now.. i'm truly thankful to God for all the kids at church.. w/o whom my life would be quite miserable.. they are the light of God's light.. they are the ones i long to see and play with when life throws its moments at me.. they bring laughter and love into my life.. warmth and power.. encouragement and support.. hugs and kisses.. i love my kids.. they aren't really my kids.. but i love them just the same.. every single one of them... so maybe eventually i will return to football but until then... im content with what i do.. i'm lookin' forward to babysittin' this weekend.. all 30 plus children? oh deeeaaar!
